Where we do not deliver

We do not deliver to these states yet: Borno, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Zamfara. Checkout will tell you before you pay rather than taking an order we cannot fulfil. We are working on coverage — let us know if you are in one of them.

How delivery works

  1. Processing — we have your order and are picking and checking the items. This is the only stage at which an order can still be changed or cancelled.
  2. Packed — the order is boxed and handed to the courier. Delivery timeframes start counting from here, not from when you paid.
  3. Shipped — it is on the road. You get a notification, and the order timeline under My Orders updates.
  4. Delivered — signed for at your address. Your fourteen-day return window starts on this date.

Timeframes are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. An order placed on Friday afternoon in Lagos on Standard delivery typically arrives Tuesday or Wednesday.

What you need at handover

The courier will ask for the name on the order and a phone number they can reach. If someone else is receiving it for you, they need both. For orders paid on delivery, have the exact amount ready — couriers cannot always make change.

Pickup

Pickup Station is offered on Lagos addresses at no cost. Choose it at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready — usually within 24 hours. Bring the order number and a photo ID matching the name on the order. We hold pickups for seven days.

If something goes wrong

If your order is late, damaged in transit or has not arrived by the end of its stated window, open the order under My Orders and use Contact support. Include the order number and, for damage, a photo of the packaging — it speeds up the replacement considerably.

A parcel refused at the door or undeliverable after three attempts comes back to us and is refunded minus the delivery cost. If you know you will not be in, tell us before it ships and we will hold it.
